The Dakota County CDA owns and manages approximately 14,000 square feet of commercial space in two locations (Main Street Manor, Lakeville and The Dakotah, West St. Paul). The commercial space is part of mixed-use developments that combine senior housing with ground level commercial space.
Currently, all of the CDA’s commercial space is fully leased.
