Applicants
If you have applied for any of the CDA's housing program waiting lists and have a change (i.e. household members, income, address, phone number) that you need to report, please use the forms below. When completed, mail to Dakota County CDA, 1228 Town Centre Drive, Eagan, MN 55123 or fax to 651-675-4444.

CDA Housing Residents
Residents of Colleen Loney Manor, Family Townhome, Senior Housing and Scattered Site Public Housing can contact the Dakota County CDA at 651-675-4400 to speak with the Property Management Department.

WORK ORDERS
If you have a work order to report, please call 651-675-4506 and provide information on what needs to be repaired.

If you have an emergency work order to report after the CDA's normal business hours (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.), please call 952-988-3931. Emergency repairs include situations where people will get hurt and/or property will be damaged if the problem is not fixed immediately. Please do not call this number for non-emergency repairs.

IMPORTANT PROGRAM NOTES

  • Reporting changes – Any income or household changes must be reported in writing to the CDA within 30 days.
  • Tenant rent increases – The CDA will process tenant rent increases if a household’s income goes up by $500 or more per month.

Family Self Sufficiency Brochure
The Family Self Sufficiency Program promotes economic self-sufficiency for families participating in the Housing Choice Voucher Program. The program is aimed to help coordinate and provide private and public sector support services necessary to enable larger families to achieve self-sufficiency goals such as a downpayment on a home, reliable transportation, repayment of student loans, etc.
