How to Apply
Applications for the Family Townhome Program must be completed at the CDA's office located at 1228 Town Centre Drive, Eagan during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. To accommodate those who are unable to apply during these hours, the CDA is open every third Wednesday of the month until 7 p.m.
Information Needed to Complete an Application
- Household member information including birth dates and Social Security Numbers
- Annual gross household income amount
- Name & address of Dakota County Employer or School if applicant does not live in Dakota County
