Phase II of Twin Ponds Townhomes will begin construction in 2011 and open in 2012. An additional 26 units will be constructed at the site.
Location
Twin Ponds Townhomes is located east of Highway 3 and south of 220th Street (Highway 50) on 223rd Street in Farmington.

How to Apply
Applications are now available for Twin Ponds Townhomes. Applications for the Family Townhome Program must be completed at the CDA's office located at 1228 Town Centre Drive, Eagan during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. To accommodate those who are unable to apply during these hours, the CDA is open every third Wednesday of the month until 7 p.m.
Information Needed to Complete an Application
- Household member information including birth dates and Social Security Numbers
- Annual gross household income amount
- Name & address of Dakota County Employer or School if applicant does not live in Dakota County
