On Wednesday, May 28 the Dakota County CDA hosted a ceremonial groundbreaking event for Hillcrest Pointe senior housing development in Inver Grove Heights. Hillcrest Pointe will be the CDA’s 27th senior housing development and the 3rd senior housing development in Inver Grove Heights.
Speakers included, Commissioner Tom Egan, Dakota County Commissioner and CDA Board Chair, Mayor George Tourville, City of Inver Grove Heights and Commissioner Nancy Schouweiler, Dakota County and CDA Board of Commissioners. Entertainment was provided by the Fred Richardson trio and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful late spring day.
Hillcrest Pointe is located on Cahill Avenue east of
Concord Avenue behind Wal-Mart.
