The CDA is a local government agency administering over 30 programs and managing over 2,500 units of affordable workforce and senior housing serving the communities and residents of Dakota County.

Apply Now for Affordable Senior Rental Housing in Inver Grove Heights - Lottery Open Until October 10, 2014

Hillcrest Pointe is a 66-unit independent living rental housing community for seniors age 55+ located in Inver Grove Heights on Cahill Avenue, east of Concord Avenue.

Hillcrest Pointe will be smoke-free and have a fixed rate rent structure.

Income Limits: 1-person: $44,750; 2-person: $51,150

Rents: 1-bedroom: $584; 2-bedroom: $713

Income limits and rents are subject to change.

Applications for Hillcrest Pointe received by October 10, 2014 will be placed in a random drawing for placement on the waiting list. Applications received after October 10 will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received by the CDA.

On Thursday, September 25 from 1-4 p.m., the Dakota County CDA will be hosting the 2014 Senior Showcase. This year's senior showcase will feature five senior housing developments open for public tours and information. Please stop by one, or all, of the following developments for information on the Senior Housing Program and all that the CDA's senior housing developments have to offer.

Creative Housing Conference - Bringing Pieces Together

On Saturday, September 20, The Arc Greater Twin Cities along with Dakota County, Washington County, Ramsey County and the Minnesota Department of Human Services will be hosting the Creative Housing Conference at the Holiday Inn in Maplewood.

The conference will feature speakers and topics relating to housing issues and will also feature opportunites to share ideas along with brainstorming and networking sessions.
