Rental Assistance Waiting List Closing March 31, 2010
The Dakota County CDA will be closing its Housing Choice Voucher Program Preference Waiting List on March 31, 2010 at 4 p.m.

With an initial interest rate of 4.99% and downpayment assistance of up to $10,000 available, the program has funding to provide loans to over 240 homebuyers.

Is your home drafty? Energy bills high?
Income eligible Dakota County residents can qualify for grants through the Weatherization Assistance Program to make improvements to their homes. The goal of the program is to reduce energy costs through making homes and mechanical systems more energy efficient. Applications can be requested by calling (651) 322-3500.
