Public Comment Period for Proposed Amendments to HOME Program Budget
7/3/2017 — Notice is hereby given that the Dakota County CDA has opened a 30-day public comment period on proposed amendments to the Dakota County HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Program Budget for Program Years 2014, 2015, 2016 and available, if any, program income.
The Dakota County CDA is proposing to allocate approximately $135,000 of available HOME funds to Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, Inc. for the purpose of reconstructing three single family homes located at 941 Gorman Avenue, West St. Paul; 1081 Gorman Avenue, West St. Paul; and 135 9th Avenue North, South St. Paul. When the single family homes are completed and ready for occupancy, Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity will sell the homes to buyers meeting the eligibility criteria.
The Dakota County CDA will accept comments now through July 31, 2017. Upon request, this amendment will be available in an alternative format by contacting the Dakota County CDA.
