Valley Ridge is a joint venture between the Dakota County Community Development Agency and Presbyterian Homes & Services. The independent living units are part of the Dakota County CDA's Senior Housing Program. The assisted living and memory care units are part of Presbyterian Homes & Services.

140 units including:
80 independent units (one and two bedroom apartments)
40 assisted living units
20 memory care units
Independent Living Units
74 of the units will offer affordable flat rents of $566 for one-bedroom and $691 for two-bedroom units.
Additionally, six two-bedroom units will be premium rents of $900. There are no income limits for the premium units.

Assisted Living & Memory Care
Monthly fees for the assisted living apartments are anticipated to start at approximately $2,300 and memory care units at $4,450. Both fees include a base level fo care and additional care fees may also apply.
