Notice of Public Hearing to Consider the Sale, Transfer, and/or Exchange of Property Owned by the CDA
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA), as the sole member of the DCCDA Section 18, LLC will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 beginning at 3:30 p.m. to consider the sale, transfer and/or exchange of property currently owned by the CDA. The Dakota County CDA Board of Commissioners will hold this hearing at the CDA offices located at 1228 Town Centre Drive, Eagan, Minnesota. At the hearing, the CDA will meet to decide if the sale is advisable.
The proposed parcels to be sold, transferred and/or exchanged is hereby described as:

The terms and conditions of the sale will be available at the CDA’s office beginning March 12, 2021.
