Proposals Wanted for Fair Housing Community Engagement

Fair Housing Request for Qualifications
The Fair Housing Implementation Council (FHIC)* is a metro-area collaboration of cities, counties, and the Metropolitan Council who receive HUD funds and coordinate efforts to advance fair housing in the region. The FHIC seeks project proposals for work in the suburban jurisdictions to engage underrepresented racial, ethnic, and other protected class communities around a variety of activities listed in the Request for Qualifications. The FHIC encourages joint proposals to ensure geographic coverage and the joint expertise necessary to carry out the scope of work.

The FHIC may award up to $65,000 to cover one or more proposals.  Proposals not selected by the FHIC will be shared with an additional funder or funders who have expressed interest in resourcing community engagement in suburban communities.

Proposals are due by 11:59 p.m. on June 6, 2018.
