Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA)

The Dakota County CDA is a local government agency administering over 30 programs and managing over 2,500 units of affordable workforce and senior housing serving the communities and residents of Dakota County.

Cambrian Commons Groundbreaking Ceremony

Community members and distinguished guests celebrated the groundbreaking of Cambrian Commons in Rosemount on June 11th. The event was originally to be held at the Cambrian Commons construction site in Rosemount located at 14740 South Robert Trail (at the intersection of South Robert Trail and Lower 147th Street West), but moved indoors to nearby Cameo Place due to rain.

Cambrian Commons is part of the Dakota County CDA's Senior Housing Program, which provides affordable, independent living opportunities for adults age 55+.

Cambrian Commons is the CDA's second senior housing development in Rosemount and the 28th overall in the program. This 60-unit building will have a mix of one- and two-bedroom units and will be smoke-free.
