Workforce Family Townhome Housing Developments
The Dakota County CDA created the Workforce Housing Program in 1990 in response to the rising need for affordable housing for Dakota County’s workforce. Since then, the CDA has built 847 workforce housing units in 26 townhome developments in nine of the major cities in Dakota County.
All workforce housing units and development campuses are smoke-free.
