Consolidated Plan

The Dakota County Consolidated Plan describes the housing needs of a state or local government’s low- and moderate income residents. It also identifies strategies to meet the needs outlined and all resources that are currently available.

The Consolidated Plan is a requirement of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Participating state or local governments, like Dakota County, submit these plans to HUD once every five years.
