The following is a listing of Invitations for Bids and Requests for Proposals issued by the Dakota County Community Development Agency. Please be aware that there are insurance requirements and other qualifications that may be required before contracts are awarded.
All projects that exceed $50,000 require performance and payment bonds. Project deadlines will be strictly enforced. The CDA enforces Fair Housing & Indemnification and Data Privacy. The CDA reserves the right to reject or accept any or all proposals and to waive any informalities
If the project is listed as a Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage project, it is subject to Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage, HUD and all applicable federal requirements.
