Please be aware that there are insurance requirements and other qualifications that must be met before contracts are awarded. See the full RFP for requirements of each project.

The CDA enforces Fair Housing & Indemnification and Data Privacy. The CDA reserves the right to reject or accept any or all proposals and to waive any informalities.

General Conditions of Contract – 2025

Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 15.72, subd. 1a, subcontractors working on CDA public construction projects may request information regarding payments made by the CDA to a contractor. Upon written request, the CDA will provide available payment information, including the amount and date of payments and a copy of the contractor’s payment application, as required by law. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@dakotacda.org with the subject line to read Payment Transparency Act Request. The CDA will respond within seven (7) calendar days and provide the information at no cost to the requester.
