Notice is hereby given that the Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA) will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 beginning at 3:30 p.m. to consider the sale, transfer and/or exchange of property currently owned by the CDA. The Dakota County CDA Board of Commissioners will hold this hearing at the CDA offices located at 1228 Town Centre Drive, Eagan, Minnesota.
The proposed parcels to be sold, transferred and/or exchanged are hereby described as:
- Lot 26, and the Southerly 10 feet of Lot 27, Block 1, Deppe’s Second Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota (836 Deppe Street, West St. Paul).
- Lots 32 and 33, Fred. Michel’s Sub., according to the recorded plat thereof and situate in Dakota County, Minnesota (1064 Gorman Avenue, West St. Paul).

Notice is hereby given that the Dakota County Consortium (made up of Anoka, Dakota, Suburban Ramsey, and Washington Counties) will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 9, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Hawthorne Room at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota to afford an opportunity for the public to comment on the performance of the Dakota County Consortium in meeting the housing, community, and economic development needs as outlined by the Consortium in the 2005 Dakota County Consortium Consolidated Plan and the 2009 Dakota County Consortium Action Plan.
September 9, 2010 also represents the beginning of a fifteen (15) day public comment period during which time a draft version of the Dakota County Consortium Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Fiscal-Year 2009 will be available for review and citizen comment.
The draft CAPER will be available for citizen review during the office hours of the Dakota County Community Development Agency (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.), on the CDA’s website at www.dakotacda.org, and on the Dakota County website at www.dakotacounty.us through September 24, 2010. Additional draft copies will be available at the Administration Center in Hastings, the Western Service Center in Apple Valley and the Northern Service Center in West St Paul. Upon request, attempts will be made to provide the CAPER in an alternative format.
