Are you on our waiting lists? Action to stay on lists is required – check your email!

The CDA periodically updates waitlists to ensure that interested applicants remain on lists and that information is up-to-date. You will be notified by email that action is needed on your account to remain on the list. It is important that you check your email for correspondence from the CDA, and follow instructions timely. All messages will be sent to the address you used to create an account and apply online.

Watch your email inbox on Monday, June 2 for information and instructions; action must be taken by June 16, 2025. To stay on the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) and/or CDA housing programs waiting lists, log in to your account on our online portal at www.myhousing.dakotacda.org. Once you log in, select the “Save My Spot” icon and follow the instructions on the screen. Please also review your account to be sure that your contact information is current and accurate.
