Dakota County CDA Housing Counseling Program Receives Excellence in Service Award

We’re honored to share that our Housing Counseling Program received the Excellence in Service Award at the 2026 Homeownership Advisors Network Conference earlier this month, presented by the Minnesota Homeownership Center.

Because this award is presented to just one agency every two years, this recognition is especially meaningful and reflects the dedication, expertise, and compassion our team brings to the community every day.

The award highlighted our work supporting homeowners facing complex housing challenges, strengthening partnerships that promote long-term housing stability, and providing client-centered support throughout the counseling process.
