The Dakota County Community Development Agency, serving as the lead entity for the Dakota County HOME Consortium, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking the services of a qualified Contractor to undertake physical inspections, on-site file reviews, as well as other requested HOPE Program needs of properties that have been awarded/financed by the federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME).
