Request For Proposals for LIHTC Program Compliance Monitoring Contractor Services

The Dakota County Community Development Agency, a Suballocator of Housing Tax Credits as designated by the Minnesota Legislature, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking the services of a qualified Contractor to undertake physical inspections, on-site file reviews and other compliance services of properties that have been awarded/financed by the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC).
