The withdrawals will be made on the fifth (5^th) day of each month.  If the 5^th falls on a holiday or the weekend, the withdrawal will occur on the next business day. The transaction will show up on your bank statement.

You will continue to receive your monthly rent statement from the CDA. Please review your statement each month in case there are other charges that need to be paid that are separate from your regular rent amount.

Step 2. Fill out the Automatic Withdrawal Authorization Form completely.

Step 3. Return the authorization form and a voided check to: Dakota County CDA 1228 Town Centre Drive Eagan, MN 55123

Step 4. The CDA will set up the automatic withdrawal after the authorization form has been received.

Step 5. The CDA will send you a letter by mail with the date of your first automatic withdrawal rent payment.

If you need the CDA to change the bank account that your rent is withdrawn from or cancel your automatic withdrawal, contact the CDA before the 1^st of the month.
