Delta Site Redevelopment - Eagan

The Dakota County CDA acquired the 39-acre (former) Delta Data Center site in Eagan in June 2024. It includes an approximately 335,000 sq. ft. vacant office building and 2,200 sq. ft. generator building, which has been vacant for the last few years.
