Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report
The Dakota County Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is an annual report for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Programs. The CAPER reports the receipt and expenditure of funds and the accomplishments achieved during the participating jurisdiction’s fiscal year. The Dakota County CDA submits a CAPER to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development within 90 days of its fiscal year end.
