The mortgage lenders on the below list have chosen to participate in the Dakota County CDA First Time Homebuyer Program. They have completed training for the program, including:

• First Time Homebuyer mortgage loans
• Mortgage Credit Certificate
• Down Payment Assistance

You may contact any one of the lenders if you are interested in purchasing a home through the Dakota County CDA First Time Homebuyer Program. They will guide you through the process of qualifying for your mortgage loans to closing on your new home.
