Notice of Public Hearing: Proposed Use of Funds From CDA Tax Increment Financing District (Housing) No. 11

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dakota County Community Development Agency (“CDA”) Board of Commissioners (the “CDA Board”), State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on October 27, 2026, at or after 3:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the Dakota County Community Development Agency offices, 1228 Town Centre Drive, Eagan, Minnesota, relating to the proposed use of funds from the existing CDA Tax Increment Financing District (Housing) No. 11 (the “TIF District”) to designate additional property in Apple Valley, Minnesota to be acquired with tax increment for the development of a housing project (the “Amendment”) as defined in Minnesota Statutes, 469.174, subdivision 11, as amended. The specific property to be acquired is Property Identification No. 011178301010, legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Apple Valley Square 4th Addition.
