Request for Proposals: Weatherization Professional Services
Scope of Project
The Dakota County Community Development Agency (DCCDA) is seeking proposals from qualified Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) professional firms or individuals (the “Contractor”) offering their time and expertise from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. This program is administered by the Minnesota Department of Commerce (DOC) and delivered by the DCCDA.
The estimated timeline for responses to be reviewed is between June 19, 2026 – June 22, 2026. The selection of the contractor (if one is selected) will be no later than June 25, 2026.
Request for Proposals Due
Friday, June 19, 2026, by 4:30pm. RFP responses can be submitted electronical via email or in paper form, mailed to Dakota CDA (1228 Town Centre Drive, Eagan 55123 Attn: Doug Boyce).
