Request for Responses Related to the Fair Housing Activities in the Fair Housing Implementation Council's 2020 Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI)

Scope of Project

The Fair Housing Implementation Council (FHIC) is pleased to announce a Request for Responses from any qualified agency, nonprofit or community organization related to the Fair Housing activities identified in its 2020 Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI). Proposals will be collected in an online Neighborly application from Thursday, November 13 to Monday, December 22, 2025 until 4:30 p.m.

Funding Priorities:

The FHIC seeks proposals that address one or more of the following strategic goals:

• Goal 3: Support homeownership for households of color.
• Goal 4: Prevent displacement of Black and Brown low-to-moderate income residents.
• Goal 6: Ensure equal access to housing for persons with protected characteristics, lower-income, and homeless.
