Request For Proposals - Supportive Services for Denmark Trail Townhomes, Farmington

The Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA) is seeking responses from qualified service providers to provide comprehensive supportive services for two (2) set-aside units at the Denmark Trail Townhome development for households experiencing homelessness. Denmark Trail Townhomes is a CDA owned and operated property.

Complete responses are due no later than Monday, June 2, at 4:30pm.
