Do you need to place a work order? Fill out the form below. Your work order will be submitted to the Property Management Department. A Maintenance Technician will be out to fix the problem as soon as possible. Routine work orders can take up to five days to be completed.

If this is an after-hours emergency, call 952-988-3931 and do not use the form below to submit your request. After-hours is:
- Before 8 a.m. Monday – Friday
- After 4 p.m. Monday – Friday
- Saturday and Sunday
- Holidays (observed)
By submitting this form electronically you are authorizing our maintenance staff to enter your home to complete the work order regardless of whether you are home or not.
