Crestview Pointe Senior Housing Open Houses - Three Opportunities This Summer

Crestview Pointe is under construction in Inver Grove Heights and will be the newest addition to the Dakota County CDA’s Senior Housing Program. This development will have 57 units with a mix of one– and two-bedroom units.

Open House Opportunities

We will be holding open houses at Hillcrest Pointe (9170 Cahill Avenue, Inver Grove Heights) throughout the summer:

Wednesday, June 17 from 1:30-4 p.m.
Wednesday, July 15 from 1:30-4 p.m.
Wednesday, August 19 from 1:30-4 p.m.

These dates are an excellent opportunity to see a CDA senior community and apply with staff on site (or update your existing application).
