Architect's Rendering
Lincoln Place is currently under construction and will be completed by spring 2010. The building is a supportive housing development for young adults (18-24). Residents will receive case management from The Link, a non-profit social services provider specialized in helping youth succeed.
25 units including:
1 one-bedroom caretaker unit
24 efficiency units ranging from 360-465 square feet
Location
Lincoln Place will be located on the northeast corner of Cedar Grove Parkway and Gold Trail in Eagan.
Rents
Residents will pay 30% of their income towards rent. A minimum rent will be established.

Neighborhood Features
Located in the Cedar Grove Redevelopment Area of Eagan which is being revitalized to become the gateway to the city and Dakota County from Cedar Avenue. Redevelopment plans include a variety of commercial and residential housing options. A transit station is also under construction in the area.

Minnesota Valley Transit Authority.
